Feeling Sad About An Abortion?

Two out of every five women you know have had an abortion. The more that women talk openly about their grief, regrets and hurts from their abortions, the more other women will feel safe in speaking up and finding the healing they deserve.

Help is available from more than 3,000 abortion recovery support groups and programs nationwide.

For too long we have been silent-
but no more!

OPERATION OUTCRY: SILENT NO MORE is one of these support groups, raising awareness about the negative after-affects of abortion. Learn about other women who regret their abortions and who feel it's time to speak the truth about the physical, emotional and spiritual consequences of abortion. Eight-hundred women nationwide spoke publicly at fifty-six events in January 2003 about their Post-Abortive Stress. Every year since, we continue to speak up.

There is no need to stay silent anymore, but then again, you need never go as "public" as we have done. Even if no one else in the whole world knows, you can still seek the help we've found, and it'll be just you who knows.
